Perguntas Frequentes

Common questions

Is anesthesia necessary?

A topical anesthetic may be used to increase patient comfort, but this is not always necessary.

What is the post-operative downtime?

There is no downtime with PicoSure Focus™ facial treatments. Patients may experience erythema, which normally disappears after a few hours, but which may, in some cases, remain for up to 24 hours. Since each patient is unique, we strongly recommend following the clinical guidelines outlined to help optimize safety and efficacy prior to treatment.

How many treatments will it take to achieve ideal results for my patients?

Most unwanted pigmentation will become significantly lighter or disappear within 2-3 sessions. Re-epithelialization and rejuvenation appear shortly after the first session.

Remover Tatugem

Remove unwanted tattoos

The PicoSure Laser not only corrects common skin problems such as pigmentation, scars and fine lines, but also removes unwanted tattoos.

Instead of building up heat, a PicoSure treatment releases energy so quickly (in trillionths of a second) that the tiny particles that make up tattoo pigment and ink vibrate and fragment, without burning the surrounding tissue. Less heat means less tissue damage and discomfort.

The PicoSure Pro laser makes tattoo removal even easier. The 755nm wavelength is capable of targeting black, blue and green tattoo inks, while the optional 532nm wavelength offers effective treatment of the “sunset colors” – red, yellow and orange – that are typically difficult to correct.
